Abstract
Perkembangan ekonomi digital telah mengubah pola transaksi masyarakat melalui berbagai platform seperti e-commerce, marketplace, fintech, dompet digital, dan layanan buy now pay later (BNPL). Perubahan tersebut menghadirkan peluang sekaligus tantangan bagi implementasi fiqh muamalah sebagai pedoman aktivitas ekonomi dalam Islam. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis relevansi fiqh muamalah dalam praktik ekonomi masyarakat Indonesia pada era digital serta mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi implementasinya. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kepustakaan (library research) melalui analisis berbagai literatur akademik, buku, regulasi, fatwa, dan hasil penelitian terkini yang relevan dengan fiqh muamalah dan ekonomi digital. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa prinsip-prinsip fiqh muamalah, seperti keadilan, transparansi, kemaslahatan, dan larangan riba, gharar, maysir, serta tadlis tetap relevan dalam menjawab dinamika ekonomi kontemporer. Namun, implementasinya masih menghadapi kendala berupa rendahnya literasi fiqh muamalah, kompleksitas transaksi digital, budaya transaksi yang pragmatis, serta keterbatasan pemahaman masyarakat terhadap akad syariah. Penelitian ini menawarkan model implementasi fiqh muamalah yang mengintegrasikan literasi syariah, budaya transaksi, inovasi digital, dan dukungan regulasi kelembagaan sebagai upaya memperkuat praktik ekonomi yang sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip syariah di Indonesia.
