While digital platform-based mobility services have improved efficiency and accessibility, conventional sharing economy models often raise ethical and governance concerns, including labor exploitation, information asymmetry, and limited accountability. This research aims to develop a conceptual framework that integrates crowdsourcing, digital platform coordination, and Islamic economic governance. A conceptual research design with systematic literature synthesis is employed to construct the model. The proposed framework positions passengers, drivers, and platform operators as co-producers of transportation services through real-time data sharing, participatory evaluation, and collaborative decision-making. Sharia principles such as justice (adl), public welfare (maslahah), mutual cooperation (ta’awun), and the prohibition of excessive uncertainty (gharar) are embedded through transparent contracts, equitable revenue-sharing mechanisms, and institutional oversight. The findings suggest that integrating ethical governance into digital mobility systems can enhance trust, sustainability, and social legitimacy. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi pustaka (library research). Sumber utama penelitian adalah Kitab al-Kharaj karya Abu Yusuf yang dianalisis bersama berbagai literatur kontemporer mengenai ekonomi Islam, kebijakan fiskal, dan kesejahteraan sosial. Analisis data dilakukan melalui qualitative content analysis untuk mengidentifikasi dan menginterpretasikan konsep-konsep utama yang berkaitan dengan keadilan fiskal, sistem muqasamah, distribusi kekayaan, dan peran negara dalam pengelolaan keuangan publik. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa al-kharaj tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai pungutan atas tanah, tetapi juga sebagai instrumen fiskal yang berlandaskan prinsip keadilan, kemampuan membayar, kemaslahatan, dan akuntabilitas. Sistem muqasamah yang dikembangkan Abu Yusuf dinilai lebih adaptif dan berkeadilan karena menyesuaikan beban pajak dengan tingkat produktivitas masyarakat. Selain itu, penerimaan negara dari al-kharaj diarahkan untuk pembiayaan infrastruktur, pelayanan publik, dan perlindungan sosial yang mendukung stabilitas ekonomi serta peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Using a library research approach, the study reviews contemporary literature on the halal economy, branding, religion, and Muslim consumer behavior to explore how halal certification operates at the intersection of Islamic law, institutional authority, and market dynamics. The analysis reveals that halal logos and certification processes function not only as indicators of religious permissibility but also as symbolic instruments that communicate trust, moral legitimacy, reputation, and brand value within increasingly competitive consumer markets. Through certification, Islamic ethical principles are translated into standardized, auditable, and marketable forms, reshaping the exercise of religious authority in contemporary economic life. At the same time, the growing use of halal symbols in marketing strategies reflects an ongoing tension between spiritual ethics and the commercialization of religion, whereby Islamic values serve simultaneously as markers of religious identity and economic assets. Perubahan tersebut menghadirkan peluang sekaligus tantangan bagi implementasi fiqh muamalah sebagai pedoman aktivitas ekonomi dalam Islam. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis relevansi fiqh muamalah dalam praktik ekonomi masyarakat Indonesia pada era digital serta mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi implementasinya. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kepustakaan (library research) melalui analisis berbagai literatur akademik, buku, regulasi, fatwa, dan hasil penelitian terkini yang relevan dengan fiqh muamalah dan ekonomi digital. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa prinsip-prinsip fiqh muamalah, seperti keadilan, transparansi, kemaslahatan, dan larangan riba, gharar, maysir, serta tadlis tetap relevan dalam menjawab dinamika ekonomi kontemporer. Namun, implementasinya masih menghadapi kendala berupa rendahnya literasi fiqh muamalah, kompleksitas transaksi digital, budaya transaksi yang pragmatis, serta keterbatasan pemahaman masyarakat terhadap akad syariah. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dengan sumber data berupa indeks pencarian Google Trends menggunakan kata kunci <em>“halal food”</em> pada cakupan seluruh dunia selama periode satu tahun terakhir. Analisis dilakukan terhadap tren pencarian dari waktu ke waktu (<em>interest over time</em>), sebaran geografis minat pencarian (<em>interest by region</em>), serta pola kebutuhan informasi konsumen berdasarkan <em>related queries</em>. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa minat global terhadap <em>halal food</em> berada pada tingkat yang tinggi dan relatif stabil dengan rata-rata <em>Relative Search Volume</em> (RSV) sebesar 83,79. Singapura, Brunei Darussalam, dan Malaysia merupakan negara dengan tingkat pencarian tertinggi. Analisis kueri terkait menunjukkan bahwa kebutuhan informasi konsumen didominasi oleh pencarian lokasi makanan halal, pemahaman konsep halal, serta informasi mengenai sertifikasi halal. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa <em>halal food</em> telah berkembang menjadi fenomena konsumsi global yang tidak hanya didorong oleh faktor religius, tetapi juga oleh pertimbangan kualitas, keamanan, dan kepercayaan konsumen.
