Al-Fahmu: Jurnal Ilmu Al-Qur'an dan Tafsir published by the Lembaga Penelitian dan Pengabdian Masyarakat, Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Al-Qur'an As-Syifa Subang, Indonesia. ISSN (Online): 2962-9314 ISSN (Print): 2964-1659 is a peer-reviewed open-access journal and follows a double-blind peer review policy. Al-Fahmu: Jurnal Ilmu Al-Qur'an dan Tafsir in partnership with AIAT Indonesia (Association of Lecturers in Al-Qur'an and Tafsir). This journal is professionally managed and has been nationally accredited with SINTA 3 by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology (Kemdikbudristekdikti), starting from Volume 2, Issue 2 of 2023 through Volume 6, Issue 2 of 2027.


The scope of Al-Fahmu: Jurnal Ilmu Al-Qur'an dan Tafsir specializes in the study of the theories and practices of the Qur’an and Tafsir. It seeks to disseminate original research and address contemporary issues in these disciplines. The journal welcomes contributions from scholars in related fields that engage with, but are not limited to, the following topics: a) Linguistic, Literary, and Thematic Perspectives on the Qur’an and Tafsir; b) Qur’anic and Tafsir Studies: Methodology and Hermeneutics; c) Manuscript Studies and Textual Criticism of the Qur’an and Tafsir; d) Qur’anic Studies: Surah-Based Analysis; e) The Qur’an, Tafsir, and Biblical Traditions; f) Learning and Teaching the Qur’an and Tafsir; g) Lived Engagement with the Qur’an and Tafsir.


The official language of the manuscript to be published in the Al-Fahmu: Jurnal Ilmu Al-Qur'an dan Tafsir are English, Arabic, and Indonesian. All articles published by the journal Al-Qur'an dan Tafsir will have a unique DOI number. Registration and article submission guidelines can be downloaded here.
